Where do you ship?

We ship in the European Union! Shipping costs will apply according to your shipping address and will be added at checkout. We also run discounts and promotions all year, so keep an eye on those!

How long does shipping take?

Most of our products are coming from our international warehouses, and it can take between 3-20 business days for your product to arrive, depending on where you live.

Orders will be shipped by USPS, PostNord, AB, DHL, FedEx, CJ Packet or Yun Express. The delivery time is 4-20 business days depending on your location.

How do I track my order?

You will receive a tracking number sent to your email once your order has been processed.

Shipping & Handling process

Our handling time usually takes about 1-2 business days and then the orders are handed over to our shipping partners. Our shipping times are dependent on where you live in the world. 

Return, refund & exchange policy

If you want to return or change your product, you can do so within 30 days of receiving your order. your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. For returns and refunds, reach out to our support team at info@refyngoods.com

Do you offer refunds?

We can only issue a full refund once you return the item. We will cover the cost of the return process. Once we receive the tracking information, we can process a full refund. 

Can I return a sale item?

Yes. Actually, all products are under the same return policy, including all products on sale and other promotions.
